Choose your soap and delivery address
Select Letter One Bar in the shop. Enter the buyer details and a delivery address in Thailand. The buyer and recipient can be different people.
Add a letter at order review
Choose a letter for someone else or yourself. Add the recipient, sender and message. Preview it and edit it before confirming checkout.
Review and continue to payment
Please check the recipient, address and letter before confirming. After you transfer payment and upload your slip, our team checks the payment before preparing your parcel. Your letter is printed with your permission.
A personal letter is optional. You can order without adding your own message.

You can order for yourself or someone with a delivery address in Thailand. If you are staying at a hotel, please check that reception can accept your parcel and contact our team about timing before ordering.
Checkout currently uses bank transfer and a payment-slip upload. If that is difficult for you, please contact our team before ordering. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Will my letter be printed?
Yes. Add it at checkout and give permission for the team to read, print and keep it with your order. We prepare that letter for your parcel.
Do I have to write a letter?
No. Adding a personal letter is optional.
Can I edit a letter after adding it?
Yes, until you confirm checkout. If you have already confirmed, contact the team to ask whether a change is still possible before your parcel is prepared.
Can I send the gift to someone else?
Yes. Use their name and delivery address, and your own details as the buyer. Please check both before confirming.
Can you deliver outside Thailand?
We currently deliver within Thailand only. Checkout shows delivery charges and the total after you enter the address, before you confirm.
